I have a problem going to a church service where they insist that the praise and worship time has to be so loud that it blasts through your ears and gives you a headache.  To me, this is not worship. 

How are you going to hear God when He speaks to you, if He'd speak to you, and everything outside of you is so loud?  You couldn't hear Him speak to you above all of that "NOISE" ... because He speaks in a small, quiet voice ... if He did try to say something to you. 

Yes, I said:  "NOISE", a varitable RACKET!  You have to be listening for Him to speak to you.  He's not going to "horn in" on the racket around you.
