Jesus said that evil spirits will go walk in dry places after they leave a person's body.  But then they'll say, "We'll get some friends and go back to my house." 

The spirit(s) who had control of a person consider his body their own personal habitation.  So they bring some more evil spirits with them to inhabit the "swept clean house" ... a brand new house [that's been delivered].  So now this person is worse off than he was before he got delivered. 

The deliverance minister must tell the person being delivered about the rehabitation of evil spirits and how to avoid this happening to him.  This is why it's VERY important that this person gets right into God's Word and surrounds himself with other believers for his protection and help.
