One of the greatest ways to help yourself grow into maturity in Christ is to continually remind yourself of who you are in Him. 

Get a good concordance and find the Scriptures having the phrases: "in Christ", and "in Him", which will tell you who you are and what you have because you belong to Him.  Pick out just a few.  You can get more at a later time.

Make a list of what you find into "confessions" that you

can read OUT LOUD once or twice a day ... it shouldn't

be so overwhelming that you get bogged down and

decide not to do it anymore.  Here are a

few examples that I use. 

Read it when you think that the devil is trying to deceive you into believing anything that doesn't come in line with what the Word says about you. 

"I am healed by the stripes of Jesus"  1 Peter2:24   

"I know that God will never leave me nor forsake me"   Hebrews 13:5  

"I am a new creature"  2 Corinthians 5:17
