There's nothing more important to your faith than declaring what God has said about you with your own voice.  Giving voice to God's Word is the method of bringing into existance the things that He has given us by His promise, but are not yet manifested in our body or in the world around us. 

We are establishing what God has said to be true concerning  healing in our body and other situations and circumstances, even though they are not yet a reality.  You don't deny that these things exist, but you do deny  their right to influence you by coming against, speaking against, them in the Name of Jesus.
