Romans 5:17 ... By one man's (Adam) offense death reigned; much more they who receive the abundance of Grace and the Gift of Righteousness shall reign in life by One, Jesus Christ. 

When our children were small and the devil would try to put sickness on them, we would get mad at him and command that he take his hands off our children.  We'd say:  "We rule over our domain.  You're not ruling this household ... WE ARE ... through Jesus Christ."  We put him on the run and he ran!  You can put him on the run too. 

When the devil comes along and tries to steal, kill, or destroy in some way ... like putting some sickness on your body, just say with boldness ... "The Word says I live in Divine health!  Now, body, SHUT UP!  And Satan, get out of here, in Jesus' Name!"  

Romans 12:1 says that it's our responsibility to take care of the body we live in (it's the Temple of the Holy Spirit).  We don't always do a very good job of it and this many times opens the door for the devil to come and do things to us that we don't like and don't want.  But now we are familiar with  his works and we make him flee, in Jesus' Name.
