Genesis 1:26 ... God said, "Let Us make man in Our Image, and let them have dominion ....." 

In the Image of our Creator Who created everything by His spoken words, He gave mankind the ability to create by speaking words.  You won't see any other creature building a house to live in ... they'll build a nest, find a hole in a tree, dig a hole in the ground, or find a grove of trees for their protection.  They weren't given the ability to create.  Only to man did God give a free will to make decisions on how he was going to live his life. 

God told Bob that the most important subject in the Bible is "words", especially His Words.  He told Bob that it's very important to put His  written Words in our mouths and speak them forth.  They will change things.
