1 Corinthians 3:6-8 The Passion ... "I planted the church, and Apollos came and cared (watered) for it, but it was God Who caused it to grow.  This means the one who plants isn't anybody special, nor the one who waters; for God is the One Who brings the supernatural growth.  Now, the one who plants and the one who waters are equally important and they're on the same team, but each will be rewarded for his own work." 

When you plant the Word of God in a person's life... revelation knowledge ... you don't know if that Word is growing in his life.  Then someone else comes along and waters the Words you spoke out.  Everything starts with a seed.

But you can't tell at the beginning if this person is getting the words planted and watered in him.  You just don't know how God is going to work in his life.  Now it's this person's choice to receive the Words spoken to him.
