If God would lie in any part of what He says, He would cease to be God.  He couldn't be trusted because a person wouldn't know whether He was lying in a particular situation.  So He must ALWAYS abide in the Truth. 

He is absolute.  He cannot change and still remain God.  He can be trusted ALL THE TIME.  Men tell lies, but God does not. (See: Numbers 23:19) 

ABSOLUTE means ALWAYS THE SAME ... NO CHANGE ANYTIME for ANYTHING. 

This is our God and His Word:  ABSOULTELY TRUSTWORTHY!
