God and His Word are absolute.  They are absolutely truthful.  In absolute truth there is no room for lies ... God does not ... He cannot lie.  (See Numbers 23:19, Titus 1:2, Hebrews 6:18.) 

God and His Word are One.  His Word says that He is the same yesterday, today, and forever (Hebrews13:8). 

God is absolute perfection.  There's no room for improvement or change.
