2 Corinthians 5:17  NKJV ... If anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new.

2 Corinthians 5:17  NLT ... Anyone who belongs to Christ has become a new person.  The old life is gone; a new life has begun!

You are a new creature in Christ Jesus, so your spirit man was made new ... if you are born again.

What happened to your soul and your body?  Nothing.  You still have the same old soul and body you had before you became a Christian, liking to do the same old things you did before.

John 3:3-6 NLT ... Jesus replied, "I tell you the Truth: unless you are born again, you cannot see the Kingdom of God."  "What do You mean?" exclaimed Nicodemus.  "How can an old man go back into his mother's womb and be born again?"  Jesus replied, "I assure you, no one can enter the Kingdom of God without being born of water and the Spirit.  Humans can reproduce only human life, but the Holy Spirit gives birth to spiritual life."

You have to be born again.  Your mom and dad created the body that you're living in ... this is the body you got.  When you're born again, God made the spirit in there alive.  Now did He put a corrupted spirit in your body?  Is it full of flaws?  Is it full of lust?  NO, absolutely not!  So do not call it that way.
