We are believers.  When we come into a meeting, we

don't have to pray for the Holy Spirit to come because

He's already there.  What we want Him to do is manifest

Himself.  When we go to a meeting, I pray, "Lord, I

want You to manifest Your Presence tonight through

Your Word."

We may think in our mind: "Where are You, Holy

Spirit?  I don't hear You ... I don't see Your

manifestations."  Maybe this is because we aren't

listening.

I've been asking God: "Lord, I know that Your Presence

is in my spirit man.  I know that You are present in me

as God the Father, God the Son, God the Holy Spirit.  All

three of You are in my spirit.  So who does the devil out

there think he is who thinks he can come, take God's

property, and put sickness and disease on His people?"

When the devil comes against the believer with

sickness, disease, poverty ... anything contrary to the

attributes of God, he is treading on God's property. 

That's illegal!  He's an outlaw!  He is not allowed to do

this action ... except when we let him, when we give

him the authority to do these things to us.
